Description Own day‑to‑day field execution for deck and dock projects: safety, quality, production, site logistics, documentation, and closeout. Keep work moving, communicate risks early, and deliver a clean, professional finish. Assist hands‑on only when needed to protect schedule/quality.
Responsibilities
Safety: Enforce PPE/housekeeping; stop work for unsafe conditions.
Quality: Build per plans/scope; verify layout/dimensions; prevent rework.
Production Schedule: Plan daily work, coordinate sequencing, and remove constraints.
Coordination: Manage crews/subs, deliveries, inspections, and site access/logistics.
Communication: Update PM on progress, risks, and field‑driven changes same day.
Documentation: Photos + daily notes in JobTread (or company system).
Punch Closeout: Drive punch list, final clean, and turnover readiness.
Qualifications
3+ years of construction experience (carpentry/exterior preferred) with jobsite leadership responsibility.
Able to read plans, measure accurately, and coach correct installation methods.
Safety‑first mindset; reliable communicator; organized and accountable.
Comfort with mobile documentation apps (JobTread or similar).
Compensation $55,000 - $62,000 yearly
