Starts on site at 7:30 am. The Deck Lead unloads the trailer, works with the Deck Tech to deliver high‑quality decks, manages schedules, keeps the work site clean, and ensures exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Customer Service
Direct and professional interaction with customers Continuous customer communication Strive for a 5‑star review on all projects
Quality – maintain a quality standard outlined by Premier Deck Schedule
Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule Maintain a 3‑day look‑ahead for materials Update Daily Job Log and Production Task List
Organization
Keep job site clean and orderly Maintain a clean, organized trailer Keep the trailer stocked
Production
Work with the Deck Tech to produce approximately 200 sq ft of deck per week
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license Basic hand tools Ability to lift 80 pounds Benefits and Pay
Pay range: $25–$30 per hour Competitive pay, 40‑hour weeks, year‑round work Company car and company truck (after 3 months) Paid week off between Christmas and New Year's Health care reimbursement Winter clothing allowance Tool allowance 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Company parties Clean driving record required
