Construction Superintendent

We are hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects in the Detroit metro area. This is a hands‑on role managing daily site operations, safety, schedule, and quality.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily jobsite operations from start to finish Manage subcontractors and keep work on schedule Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and trade work Work closely with PMs, owners, architects, and inspectors Lead safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards Monitor quality and resolve issues quickly Drive projects through punch list and closeout What We’re Looking For
5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects Experience with ground-up and interior/tenant improvement work Strong knowledge of scheduling and site coordination Proven ability to lead subs and active jobsites Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
