Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and overall jobsite flow Drive the schedule and hold trades accountable to milestones Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and ownership to keep projects aligned Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Solve problems in real time and keep the job moving forward What they're looking for
Experience running ground-up multifamily projects as a Superintendent Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination Ability to lead from the front and keep subs on track Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged What you can expect
