We’re partnered with a growing builder in the Phoenix market looking to add a
Superintendent
to run large-scale multifamily ground-up projects. This is a hands‑on field leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the jobsite, keep schedules tight, and lead teams without being micromanaged. What you’ll be doing:
Oversee day-to-day field operations from start through closeout Lead superintendents, subcontractors, and jobsite teams Drive and maintain project schedules Run coordination meetings and manage field communication Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on‑site Maintain quality control and alignment with plans and specs Identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule What they’re looking for:
5+ years of construction experience Strong background in multifamily ground‑up projects Experience leading field teams and managing jobsite activity Ability to read plans and manage sequencing effectively Strong communication and problem‑solving skills What’s offered:
