Lead Superintendent
to oversee a $100M+ Multifamily ground-up construction projects across the region. This firm values strong communication, leadership presence, and the ability to maintain calm, collaborative jobsite environments above all else.
About the Role The Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This position requires an effective communicator who can manage subcontractors, interact professionally with hospital staff, and represent the GC with poise and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations for healthcare construction projects.
Manage subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and productivity.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
Build strong working relationships with hospital staff, clients, design teams, and trade partners.
Conduct daily reports, site walkthroughs, and regular OAC coordination meetings.
Maintain project documentation including logs, inspections, and field communications.
Support project scheduling and anticipate impacts to milestones.
Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project.
Help create a jobsite culture built on professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
(Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field).
at least 5 years Experience as a Lead Superintendent or 10 years Superintendent
background handling a multimillion project +75M+
Strong communication skills and calm, professional presence.
Ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and medical staff.
Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software).
