to lead field execution from pre‑con to punch. You’ll own planning, coordination, and safety to deliver high‑quality projects on time and on budget.
What you’ll do
Build and run phasing plans, look‑aheads, and daily huddles
Drive schedule performance; monitor progress and report milestones
Coordinate subs, equipment, materials, and logistics; maintain a clean, safe site
Communicate field conditions/conflicts; keep RFIs, logs, and docs current
Plan inspections with AHJs; ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
Lead field teams—set goals, provide feedback, and align manpower to needs
Track costs and productivity to support profitable delivery
What you bring
OSHA 30; knowledge of local safety and quality guidelines
Solid understanding of construction operations and phase codes/timekeeping
Comfortable with mobile field software and MS Office
Organized, proactive communicator who can resolve issues on the spot
