What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive incremental revenue through complex sales opportunities by maximizing the employer's capabilities and integrated value proposition
Identify client business issues and architect information availability solutions utilizing all of the employer's products and services
Deliver and manage proof of values (PoVs) and Use Case Demos (UCDs) on customer sites while consulting with key executive stakeholders
Act as the technical point of contact for the growing partner channel and represent the employer at marketing events
Manage internal resources through cross-functional communication to support sales and build a sustainable business model
What is Required (Qualifications)
Previous experience in Cloud, TDR, CASB, DLP, or data security in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical sales role
Strong knowledge of one of the three major cloud provider environments (AWS and/or Azure preferred) related to roles/permissions/API
Fundamental network and database experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for conveying complex technical concepts to varied audiences
Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect
Familiarity with ML/AI, Data Regulatory Frameworks, and Privacy and Data Retention programs
Knowledge of SFDC and opportunity tracking systems
