What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of professional growth and recognition programs, including the mentorship program and employee points system
Facilitate ongoing communication with program participants to ensure alignment and positive experiences
Develop and maintain program resources such as guides and training materials to support employee success
Track and analyze key program metrics to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with various teams to align program activities with business needs and performance cycles
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of professional experience in a contact center, customer service, training, human resources, or employee development environment
2+ years of experience in coordinating or managing programs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting mentorship, coaching, or training programs
Familiarity with adult learning principles, coaching models, or mentorship best practices
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, training, or leadership teams in a metric-driven environment
