Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II performs the most complex technical analysis in accordance with OTA policies and regulations for the Franchise and Income Tax (FIT) Appeals Section and manages a large caseload. Coordinate functions among the OTA, appellants, representatives, and the Franchise Tax Board (FTB). Coordinate projects and administer functions that support the Case Management Division. Assist the Supervisor I in workload management as needed. Further information about the job is available in the Duty Statement. Working Conditions

Frequent contact with supervisors, managers, and employees. Mobility to various Department locations; travel within California may be required to attend meetings, training classes, seminars, and forums (travel by train, plane, or automobile).
