Corporate Recruiter
to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior corporate recruiting experience, experience hiring salaried individuals, and strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools. The
Corporate Recruiter
role is an onsite position in Holly, MI. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Corporate Recruiter Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles across corporate and operating companies, including professional, technical, and leadership positions Support hiring for hourly roles as needed, partnering closely with plant and site leadership Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and timelines Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews, provide candidate guidance, and manage offer processes Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR leaders across multiple businesses Advise leaders on market conditions, candidate availability, compensation trends, and hiring best practices Help define and standardize recruiting processes across the organization Employer Branding & Process Improvement
Partner with HR to improve candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness Assist in building scalable recruiting tools, templates, and workflows as the function matures Compliance & Systems
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies Develop and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support background checks, onboarding handoffs, and hiring documentation Corporate Recruiter Qualifications
Required 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on salaried/professional recruiting Experience recruiting across multiple job families and levels Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing tools) Preferred Experience supporting both salaried and hourly recruiting Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or technology-adjacent environments Experience working in a multi-company or decentralized organization Familiarity with building or improving recruiting processes in a growing company
