What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and building relationships
Create compelling rationales for the value of oncology products during discussions with customers
Analyze trends in a complex buying environment, including drug distribution channels
Develop and execute short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with the account team
Share insights and best practices to enhance customer experience across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of field‑based experience selling oncology therapeutics
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience in the healthcare or scientific field is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Documented history of strong performance in oncology sales or clinical roles
Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors
Experience in account management and strategic planning
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge of cancer staging and treatment options
