What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 level, 3+ years for S2 level)
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals
Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified distance from the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly
