What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and standards
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience
0-3 years of relevant work experience for S1 level or 3+ years of sales experience for S2 level
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments
Valid driver’s license and willingness to reside within specified territorial limits

Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships in the field
