What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align needs with company offerings
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 Level; 3+ years for S2 Level)
Proven ability to analyze complex data and leverage insights for strategic sales planning
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified distances of the workload center
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in sales, account management, or customer service roles
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in cardiovascular sales
Established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
