Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years or 3+ years depending on level)
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals
Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments, with strong analytical and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified distances from the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Experience launching products in competitive markets
Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
