Develop and execute a territory‑level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Analyze business performance against objectives to support effective planning and sales impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0‑3 years for S1 Level; 3+ years for S2 Level)
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals
Valid driver’s license
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward sales goals
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
