What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and practice structures
Use resources to communicate the value of oncology products effectively to customers
Analyze trends in the oncology market and identify key influencers within accounts
Develop and execute short‑and long‑term account plans in collaboration with the Oncology Customer Team
Share insights and best practices to enhance customer experiences and product positioning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of field‑based experience selling oncology therapeutics
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience in the healthcare/scientific field (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Documented history of strong performance in oncology sales/marketing or clinical roles
Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills in a customer‑focused environment
