Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and account status to customers.
Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and elevate issues to management when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
