Position Description The Business Development Representative’s primary focus is identifying and engaging C-level executives at companies of all sizes across multiple industries by phone. This position suits someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to earn. Knowing how to navigate complex organizational structures to identify and reach decision-makers is a major advantage. You’ll receive a base salary plus an uncapped, performance-based commission plan, and you’ll have clear paths for professional growth. This role is a critical part of the team selling process.
MUST HAVE's
High energy, coachable, competitive, and team-oriented approach.
Previous experience in business-to-business sales (entry level to experienced).
Successful track record of new-business prospecting and sales.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Ability to build rapport and communicate assertively with C-level executives.
Strong negotiation skills.
Deadline- and detail-oriented with the ability to meet multiple sales metrics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required with relevant sales experience).
Salary Range Base salary plus bonuses and
uncapped commissions . On-target earnings (first year): $70,000 – $139,000.
