What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the subject matter expert and operational support for the Growth technology stack, including tools like Outreach.io and ChiliPiper
Support the adoption and effective use of technology across Growth Development and Network Development teams
Evaluate existing technology and oversee the implementation and rollout of new technology
Maintain documentation and reporting processes related to technology usage
Manage project implementation and rollout of changes and systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in marketing or sales operations
Minimum of 3 years in a marketing operations or sales operations management role
At least 3 years managing and implementing growth‑enablement tools such as Outreach.io and Gong
Strong project management skills for overseeing implementation of changes and systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Proven success in managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with B2B and/or B2C/DTC events
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear communications
Great organizational skills and self‑motivated to work remotely with minimal supervision
