Salary:
$90,000 – $110,000 + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits + Company Vehicle

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading field operations on large‑scale commercial roofing jobs
Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety
Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers
Enforcing all OSHA and job‑site safety requirements
Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
Expertise in single‑ply, asphalt, metal, cold & hot‑applied systems
Proven track record on complex or secure job sites (e.g., hospitals, occupied buildings, manufacturing)
OSHA‑certified with strong safety leadership
Confident communicator (Spanish‑speaking a plus)
Comfortable with 50%+ travel
Valid driver’s license + eligible to work in the U.S.
