Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing and technical training industry, is seeking a dedicated E-Learning Technical Instructional Systems Designer to join their innovative team. As a E-Learning Technical Instructional Systems Designer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting a dynamic team of approximately 20 professionals.

E-Learning Technical Instructional Systems Designer

Pay Range:
$35 per hour
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials across various formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning modules.
Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to create effective training solutions supporting new system implementations and process improvements.
Utilize ADDIE and SAM methodologies to ensure high-quality instructional design and continuous improvement of courseware.
Develop assessments, evaluations, and visual aids to measure training effectiveness and support learner engagement.
Assist with promotional materials and communication plans to maximize training outreach and impact.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in training development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience creating diverse training formats including ILT, VILT, WBT, videos, podcasts, and job aids.
Strong communication skills to effectively work with global audiences and all levels of management.
Ability to analyze training needs and develop assessments to evaluate training success.
