
This will include creative, organizational and administrative tasks related to marketing and sales initiatives. Encompasses deliverables with tasks which may include, but are not limited to branding, graphics development, website updates, social media posting, content creation and editing, internet research, booking and managing industry tradeshows, and other administrative duties as assigned. Collaborate with other departments as needed to carry out work. Follow up on all tasks to facilitate marketing and sales initiatives, provide internal customer service, and ensure completion of quality work product on schedule.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing and sales content for print and digital media including:
Corporate brand materials
Sales/technical brochures, white papers, presentations
Tradeshow exhibits and campaigns
Publication articles and ads
Website
Video projects
Various marketing deliverables as assigned
Manage schedules, bookings, shipping, personnel and deliverables for trade shows and conferences
Manage schedules and deliverables for:
Industry publications
Association memberships
LinkedIn social media campaigns
Promotional goods inventory
Assist in developing branded collateral for business pursuits
Assist with large event planning and event brand development
Curate, prep photos and videos, and update asset database
Administrative functions as assigned
Requirements Minimum Experience: At least 5 years’ experience developing marketing collateral materials, graphics, websites, and social media
AEC, B2B, Ad Agency Or Corporate Experience Required
Water, energy, or environmental industry marketing a plus
Degree Required: Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing or Graphic Design; or equivalent experience
Demonstrated Skills Business
Excellent graphic design skills and aesthetic
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional required
Premiere Pro and After Effects preferred
Advanced experience in MS Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint required. Visio a plus.
WordPress, SharePoint and CRM experience a plus
Photography skills a plus
Ability to embrace and use technologies such as AI platforms
Print production and digital creation expertise
Social media platform content creation and management: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
Tradeshow and events management experience
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
High level of organizational skills and detail-oriented
Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions
General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is primarily conducted indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Occasional visits to outdoor locations.
Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a jobsite.
Ability to perform extensive computer work and work extended hours when necessary.
Occasional lifting of not to exceed 45 lbs.
Travel up to 15%.
