We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective digital training content, setting up and conducting our onboarding program, and supporting the team with our Learning Management System (LMS).
What you can expect
Create digital training content, including e-learnings, blended learnings and workshops which will be stored in our internal LMS
Empower internal stakeholders in their own training production
Support in the set-up of our onboarding programs
Support the Training & Development Manager in operationalizing the L&D strategy and driving the functional advancement of our LMS.
Coordinate and conduct our monthly onboarding program in the headquarters
Work with our LMS and take over any related administrative tasks, including live session coordination, maintenance, user support, training translations and metrics tracking
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify learning & development needs and self‑independently execute training project responsibilities
Continuously improve and evaluate L&D initiatives
Support the team in HR‑related administrative tasks
What you bring along
Apprenticeship or University degree with a specialisation in the field of Learning & Development (e.g. Digital Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field)
2+ years of experience in a corporate L&D role
Experience with digital content creation tools and LMS platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and good networking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and German, other languages are a plus
Ready to travel to our resorts on an occasional basis
