What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a primary point of contact for government account support activities
Support all capital and rental billing processes related to government contracts
Research, track, and maintain records of government-related transactions; prepare and distribute activity reports as required
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing issues and address discrepancies
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in account management, preferably supporting government or public sector customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Additional education or experience in government contracting is a plus
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
