What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a primary point of contact for government account support activities
Support all capital and rental billing processes related to government contracts
Research, track, and maintain records of government-related transactions and prepare reports
Respond to inquiries from Program Managers and customers regarding products and account details
Assist in the preparation of responses to government Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and solicitations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in account management, preferably supporting government or public sector customers
High school diploma or equivalent required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Additional education or experience in government contracting is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
