What You’ll Do As a Sales Manager, you’ll guide clients from initial inquiry to signed contract, helping them envision their big day at one of our venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert inquiries into venue tours and tours into booked weddings
Respond promptly to all client emails, calls, and inquiries
Conduct venue tours and deliver exceptional follow-up
Customize proposals based on each couple’s vision
Negotiate contracts within company guidelines
Secure deposits, contracts, and payment plans
Upsell and cross-sell services and enhancements
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate client records and reporting
Attend tastings, open houses, and promotional events
Collaborate closely with Event Producers to ensure seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of sales or event industry experience (wedding experience preferred)
Energetic, confident, and persuasive communicator
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Familiarity with CRM systems (Caterease experience a plus)
Knowledge of wedding traditions, religious, and cultural customs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly organized, outgoing, and client-focused
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
