Position Summary
This role is responsible for client acquisition & project sales, client relationship management, architect/designer relationship cultivation, early project feasibility & initial project estimating, pricing presentations, and contract execution. This position owns the client experience from first contact through signed contract and ensures projects align with budget, scope, and company capabilities before transitioning to design and construction.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
Respond to and manage incoming leads
Conduct lead follow-up and initial client calls
Vet projects for budget alignment and scope feasibility
Cultivating relationships with outside architects & designers
Be involved & participate in industry organizations (NARI, NKBA, ASID, etc)
Conduct client appointments & issue Design agreements
Coordinate with Designers to relay project goals
Establish preliminary budget ranges & coordinate with trade partners for pricing
Lead pricing presentation with clients
Work with Designer to coordinate with trade partners & price projects
Secure signed contracts for projects
Client Experience & Handoff
Ensure smooth transition to Designer & Project Manager
Maintain positive client relationships throughout project
Qualifications & Skills
Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or remodeling
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to discuss budgets and feasibility confidently
Basic understanding of construction processes and scope
Highly organized with strong follow-through
