Join the Business Development leadership team, working directly under the Senior VP. This is a high-impact administrative role for a professional who is more than just a task-taker—a true “right hand” who is self-motivated and creative in adding value. While not a sales role, you will support a high-volume sales and business development operation, bridging creative document design, logistical tracking, and proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities
Executive Follow-Up:
Manage high-priority email correspondence and follow up with leads and partners to ensure no opportunities slip through the cracks. Document Design & Creative:
Use Adobe to create professional, functional documents, including billable forms and presentation materials. Proactive Research:
Conduct deep-dive research on target companies and identify key decision-makers for the VP. Sales Support (Non-Closing):
Make professional follow-up calls and assist with logistics/order tracking to ensure customer satisfaction. Data Management:
Maintain and organize complex spreadsheets in Excel to track business development metrics and schedules. Calendar & Logistics:
Coordinate the VP’s schedule and manage the administrative “nitty-gritty” of a busy office. Required Skills & Qualifications
Elite Communication:
Flawless written and spoken English (C1 level minimum), confident and professional on calls with US-based executives. Adobe & Excel Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Adobe (fillable forms/editing) and Excel (data organization and list management). Self-Starter Mindset:
Proactive, creative, and able to streamline workflows without waiting for instructions. PST Alignment:
Full commitment to working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Research Skills:
Ability to navigate LinkedIn and other platforms to identify key people and company information. The Ideal Profile
