We are looking for an elite
Senior Executive Assistant
to support our client’s Co-CEOs. This is
not a scheduling-only role . You will act as a strategic surrogate, managing the CEO’s day, ensuring they never walk into a meeting unprepared, and driving operational excellence across both leadership calendars. We need a "1% candidate"—someone with the intensity and sophistication to handle an inbox for 4 hours a day, conduct deep-dive research, and architect the CEO’s day while guarding commitments. Key Responsibilities
I. Executive Presence & Communication Executive Ghostwriting:
Draft sophisticated, persuasive, and nuanced emails for sales leads, high-level partnerships, and VIP clients in the CEO’s voice. Inbox Architecture:
Take full ownership of the CEO’s high-volume inbox. Filter, categorize, and draft responses so that only final approvals or decisions are needed. II. Strategic Project Management Project Coordination:
Track and manage tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across all active engagements. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Meeting Prep & Intelligence:
Prepare briefing materials and agendas. Conduct research so the CEO has full context for every conversation. Action Item Drive:
Capture commitments from meetings and ensure follow-through. III. Operations & Logistics Complex Coordination:
Manage interlocking calendars for both Co-CEOs, ensuring seamless scheduling of partnership meetings and strategic sessions. Partnership Liaison:
Serve as the professional first point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring every interaction feels premium and detailed. Required Skills & Qualifications
Elite Writing:
Near-native English with the ability to adapt your voice to a sophisticated professional tone. Tool Stack Proficiency:
Google Workspace mastery is strongly preferred, including shared Drives, complex Calendars, and collaborative Sheets. High Intensity:
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with speed and precision. Research Skills:
Ability to quickly synthesize information about companies or individuals into actionable insights. AI Fluency:
Familiarity with AI tools to streamline workflows and research is highly preferred. Spanish Fluency:
