Office Hours Monday–Thursday 8:30–5:30
Friday 8:30–3:00
Evenings As Needed
Pay $28 + Hourly, based on experience
Paid Time Off (up to 13 days/year)
Holiday Pay (up to 5 days/year)

Responsibilities Newsletters & Campaign Execution
Write and build client and lead newsletters using approved messaging standards
Manage segmentation, scheduling, and sending
Track basic performance metrics
Warm Lead & Asset Reactivation
Execute warm and dormant lead campaigns
Support held-away asset and SAC campaigns
Run market-drop and tax-trigger outreach
Maintain clean lists and segmentation
Digital & Content Execution
Manage pre-recorded prospect webinars
Schedule social posts (2x/week) and manage engagementEdit and publish Retire Ready videos (1/week)
Manage radio show (ensuring show ran, updating ads, uploading show to website, etc.)
Maintain basic SEO and website lead capture
Own and manage the Catchlight platform
Prioritize warm leads and held-away assets
Sync insights into Salesforce
Apply campaign tags and generate advisor follow-up lists
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience or equivalent
Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Comfort with CRMs, email platforms, and digital tools
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Salesforce experience is a plus
Video editing experience is a plus
Catchlight or marketing automation experience is a plus
