Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products or services, identify target audiences, and define market positioning.
Campaign Management:
Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and print.
Market Research & Analysis:
Track industry trends and competitor activity, evaluate campaign performance through ROI and KPIs, and refine strategies based on data insights.
Budget Management:
Develop and oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum campaign impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and support product launches.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Demonstrated marketing experience (e.g., coordinator, specialist, or assistant manager) with a proven record of achieving results.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical capabilities
