Position Overview
Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced UX Product Owner to join their dynamic team. This senior-level position requires 11-15 years of experience and combines project management expertise with user experience leadership. Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and roadmap development for UX initiatives
Manage complex projects from conception through delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories
Conduct stakeholder meetings and present project status updates
Ensure adherence to UX best practices and design standards
Analyze user feedback and data to drive product decisions
Coordinate with business units to align product goals with organizational objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
11-15 years of experience in project management and/or product ownership
Strong background in UX/UI design principles and methodologies
Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Must be local to West Palm Beach area (within 45-minute commute)
Ability to work hybrid schedule with regular on-site presence required
