Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer’s value
Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a strong customer relationship
Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and collaboration with leadership
Manage sales activities and forecasts using sales force automation tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
Experience in outside B2B sales
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior experience in a similar sales role within the telecommunications industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills with an emphasis on problem-solving
Familiarity with sales force automation tools
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
