The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sponsorship revenue across our client’s U.S. Defense and Security conference portfolio. This role involves selling across multiple events throughout the year, growing revenue from an established base of existing clients, and proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to make a significant impact within a high-performing portfolio. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, the industry landscape, and key competitors Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering innovative, creative, and commercially effective sponsorship solutions Collaborate closely with Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of customer-focused events Participate in weekly training sessions designed for the sponsorship sales team Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and sales reports while actively managing a robust sales pipeline Identify and pursue potential customers through competitive media, industry events, and other business development channels Qualifications

Demonstrated success selling sponsorship, services, or media within a B2B environment Highly ambitious, motivated, and seeking a career-growth opportunity Strong understanding of structured sales processes and/or formal sales training Strong business acumen and commercial awareness Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels A proactive desire to continuously develop as a sales professional $85K - $95K base salary + commissions (\$150K+ OTE) Generous PTO + paid sick leave Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office and 2 days work from home Travel throughout the U.S to attend conferences
