Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement Lead on-site progress meetings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders Monitor quality control, compliance, and safety standards throughout each phase Work closely with estimators, superintendents, and executive leadership to maintain timelines Manage documentation, change orders, RFIs, and risk assessments Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on track Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
Successful Candidate Will Have
5+ years' experience in commercial construction project management Proven background overseeing ground‑up or major renovation projects Strong financial and scheduling acumen (Procore experience ideal) Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and subcontractor markets A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail
