Position Responsibilities
Lead all on‑site construction activities, ensuring project scope, schedule, and quality expectations are met Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to maintain high productivity and craftsmanship Coordinate daily and weekly planning with project managers and office staff Conduct site inspections, enforce safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Review drawings, specifications, and change orders to ensure accuracy and execution Track progress, resolve field issues proactively, and escalate concerns when needed Manage logistics including deliveries, material staging, and equipment usage Maintain detailed site records, daily logs, and compliance documentation

What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Background managing ground‑up and/or renovation projects in the $1M-$20M range Strong ability to lead field operations, coordinate trades, and maintain schedule discipline Deep knowledge of commercial construction practices, safety regulations, and site documentation Effective communication skills with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams Proficiency with construction technology (Procore or similar platforms preferred) A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with a commitment to high‑quality work
