Key responsibilities include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Providing accurate product and service information Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally Maintaining customer records and updating account information Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications and skills: Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
