Gill Hauling, a Waste Connections Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
✔️ Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
