Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate product and service information Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Maintain customer records and update account information Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications & Skills
Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) Benefits
