
Data Entry Specialist
As a Customer Data Management (CDM) Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate, high-quality customer and contract information across all internal systems. This position is fully onsite at the Stuart, FL corporate office, where you will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and entering contract information, creating and updating customer accounts, validating data for accuracy, and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
Create, modify, and maintain customer accounts. Process contract information and customer setup changes. Review documents such as contracts, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals. Manage case queues and complete daily data integrity updates. Work on reports to ensure accuracy and correct system errors. Collaborate with QA reviewers and team members to achieve accuracy targets. Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry. Experience with Excel. Strong typing speed. Critical thinking skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous contract entering experience. Experience with JDE. Customer service and communication skills. High School Diploma required; Associate's preferred. Two years of related work experience. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented service mindset. Ability to multitask and manage several screens/systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ownership mentality and strong work ethic. Work Environment
This is an onsite role at the Stuart, FL Corporate office. The work environment is office-based and air-conditioned, with a high-volume, metrics-driven atmosphere. Training is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and post-training hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The team consists of 7 full-strength members: 4 data entry specialists, 1 reviewer/assigner, and 2 QA specialists. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative CDM team. Job Type & Location
