Delivery Service Dispatcher
The Delivery Service Dispatcher is responsible for generating cases related to billing disputes and the service of CO2 tanks. This role involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. The position demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training under the guidance of a supervisor. Responsibilities: Log calls and generate service tickets. Schedule and dispatch service personnel. Assist with billing disputes and gas refills. Address equipment safety issues effectively. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills: Proficient customer service skills. Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to perform manual order entry. Basic computer navigation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules. Basic computer literacy and quick adaptability to new systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Environment: The role is based onsite in Stuart, FL. Employees will work in an air-conditioned office setting with a collaborative team environment. Training is conducted Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for three weeks in the classroom, followed by one week of hands-on training.
