The Senior Business Analyst Consultant is instrumental in identifying business needs, defining project scopes, and ensuring effective deployment of IT solutions. This role thrives on improving business processes and implementing new capabilities to help business units meet their operational and commercial goals. With a high level of expertise, this role engages with senior leadership and is often seen as a solution owner on project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle, including project planning and performance monitoring.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and conduct thorough analysis.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with business needs and streamline processes.
Facilitate meetings and present findings to diverse audiences.
Oversee user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
Collaborate extensively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders in the U.S. and India.
Update and implement standard operating procedures.
Analyze business processes to identify improvements and implement solutions effectively.
Conduct regular reviews of business operations and develop optimization strategies.
Communicate insights and action plans clearly to cross-functional teams and management.
Aggregate crucial information from stakeholder meetings to produce actionable reports.
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior analysts.
Plan and execute system implementations while minimizing risk and ensuring stability.
Encourage proactive problem-solving to address system challenges, including production outages.
Apply an in-depth understanding of software development, life cycles, and business process modeling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
8-12 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
Familiarity with JIRA is preferred.
Self-motivated with strong documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range:
