Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will partner with business leaders and project teams to identify needs, define project scopes, and deliver impactful information technology solutions. Your expertise will ensure that projects run smoothly from inception through implementation, enhancing the value and outcomes of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans while monitoring performance to ensure timely completion.
Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions.
Ensure IT solutions align with business needs.
Conduct engaging meetings and presentations to share insights with stakeholders.
Facilitate user acceptance testing to validate functionality.
Work closely with clients, technical teams, and management in diverse locations.
Continuously evaluate and enhance business processes.
Guide and mentor junior staff with training and support.
Plan and execute system implementations while minimizing risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8-12 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Experience with JIRA is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
