The Business Analysis team serves as a vital bridge between business leaders and IT systems development, ensuring that technology meets strategic goals and achieves optimal returns on investment. The Senior Business Analyst Consultant plays a key role in pinpointing business needs, defining project scopes, and ensuring successful implementation of IT solutions. This position focuses on enhancing business processes and implementing new functionalities that empower business units to achieve their operational and commercial objectives. With extensive expertise, this role collaborates with senior leadership and is often recognized as a solution owner within project teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning and performance monitoring. Lead requirement gathering sessions and conduct deep analyses. Ensure that proposed solutions align with business needs and enhance efficiency. Facilitate meetings and presentations to diverse groups. Oversee user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet requirements. Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders in the U.S. and India. Update and implement standard operating procedures. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Conduct regular reviews of business operations and develop optimization strategies. Communicate insights and action plans clearly to cross-functional teams and management. Aggregate vital information from stakeholder meetings to produce actionable reports. Mentor, train, and guide junior analysts. Plan and execute system implementations, minimizing risks and ensuring stability. Encourage proactive problem-solving to tackle system challenges, including production outages. Leverage a comprehensive understanding of software development, life cycles, and business process modeling. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Salesforce highly preferred. Familiarity with JIRA preferred. Self-motivated with strong documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. Expectations at this Level Utilize advanced analytical skills to effectively manage diverse projects. Contribute to policies and procedures aimed at achieving departmental goals. Propose new practices and processes to enhance productivity. Lead complex projects with the potential for significant, long-term impact. Provide inventive solutions that may shape future practices. Independently determine methods for completing projects within general goals. Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues to help them grow professionally. Salary Range:
