Director of Finance
to lead its financial operations and partner closely with executive leadership. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening financial processes, delivering actionable insights, and supporting continued operational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing insight into business planning, pricing strategy, margin performance, and financial forecasting.
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly management reporting processes.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
Oversee project‑based accounting, job costing, work‑in‑progress tracking, reconciliations, and expense management.
Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and financial governance practices.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support growth initiatives, including pricing analysis and proposal modeling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
6+ years of progressive finance experience.
Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools strongly preferred.
Manufacturing industry experience required.
Additional Information
Competitive compensation range of $135,000 – $150,000 annually.
Ability to go on site 4 days a week.
