We're hiring a Part-Time Peer Recovery Support Specialist to support Marian House residents on their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
Use lived experience to offer hope and guidance.
Help residents set recovery goals, build practical strategies, and strengthen coping and self-advocacy skills through one-on-one and group support.
Work with the treatment team to create individualized recovery plans and connect residents with services, housing, and employment.
Help residents access both clinical and community resources, build natural support networks, and engage family members in understanding recovery.
Focus on reducing stigma, encouraging independence, and honoring each person's unique path.
Qualifications
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist with experience working with vulnerable populations.
Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.
Maintain strong professional boundaries and bring a calm, compassionate presence.
Part-time availability; weekend and night availability preferred.
