GTM Recruiter Full-Time | Hybrid | San Francisco HQ $120K – $150K + Competitive Equity

About the Role Our Client is seeking a high-performing

GTM Recruiter (2–6 years experience)

to join a fast-scaling talent team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on building revenue-driving teams across Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Operations.

You will help build the recruiting engine behind cutting-edge AI solutions transforming patient access and healthcare delivery. This role requires precision, speed, strong sourcing capability, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Growth, Marketing, Operations)

Design and execute outbound sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, scorecards, and structured interview processes

Drive a high-quality candidate experience from first outreach to offer

Support G&A hiring as needed with a team-first mindset

Operate in a high-bar, fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications

2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (GTM and/or G&A roles)

Strong outbound sourcing skills

Experience hiring in startup or high-growth environments preferred

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Base Salary: $120K – $150K
