
TeleSolv Consulting – Human Resources Specialist II
TeleSolv Consulting has an opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist II to support a federal government client in a fast‑paced, highly structured environment. This role provides hands‑on administrative and operational support to HR leadership and staff, including onboarding, employee programs, reporting, and personnel records management. This is a detail‑oriented, process‑driven HR role that plays a key part in supporting a professional federal workforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a regulated environment, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities
Provide mid‑level human resources support, including benefits counseling and employee assistance.
Process HR actions, including onboarding, personnel changes, and separation documentation.
Assist with new hire orientation and employee off‑boarding activities.
Respond to employee and management HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain HR records, files, and HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
May serve as Telework/Remote Work Program Coordinator.
May administer or support employee Wellness Program activities.
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Level 3 (PT‑3).
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI‑PHR) is a plus.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting human resources or administrative operations.
Experience working in a structured, process‑driven, or regulated environment preferred.
Strong organizational, documentation, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and sensitive information.
Comfortable working independently and in a team‑based environment.

The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related to your character and trustworthiness.
Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho. Department: Federal Services. Compensation: $51,000 – $61,000 per year.
